My wife is on salary which means no matter how much or little your hours are you get paid same pay.Salary.
Nothing said on contract about penalty for anything .But he comes up with penalty for something and takes $480 from her check .Every payday he steals her money or someone else's.
Jan pro shouldn't let a crooked make there company look bad because of this thief.Dont hire him.

Add me to the list of people who have had bad experiences with Jan Pro! After 13 years of franchising in Tucson, I was still making 1595$ a month take home pay.
I was told by the upper brass at JP that I was one of their "star franchisees!" This baffled me since I knew that many of the franchisees are making 5000$ a month or more. During this time, I took a job at a local high school as a janitor. Since the school was having a hard time maintaining a custodian staff, I brought the lead to Jan Pro. After many failed attempts to contact the sales office to see if the school's HR dept had reached out to Jan Pro, I decided to let the issue rest.
A few weeks later, a woman shows up on campus wearing a Jan Pro apron! I then messaged the local headquarters in Tucson and I had found that Jan Pro VP HAROLD VALENCIA had "accidently" gave my lead to his son who is also a Jan Pro Franchisee. To top it all off, I found out the woman who showed up on campus had a negligent homicide felony on her record!( Would u like to work around her??).
This was the second time in 10 years that my lead had "accidently" gone to someone else. I sold what I had and moved on.

I was a Jan Pro Franchisee for 13 years in Tucson Az. .
At the end of 13 years, I was still only making 1595$ a month take home pay. After several promises from the master franchiser, I was basically left to the wayside. During this time, I was working full time as a janitor for a local school in Tucson. Since the school had a hard time maintaining a custodial staff, I brought the lead into Jan Pro.
After several attempts to contact the sales office to see if the HR at the school had reached out, I received no response. A few weeks later a woman showed up on campus wearing a Jan Pro apron. After contacting the office in Tucson, I found that JP VP HAROLD VALENCIA had "accidentally" given my lead to his son who is also a Jan Pro Franchisee. This was the second time in 10 years that JP "accidently" gave my lead to someone else.
And who knows how many other of my leads went to others??
The dishonesty was too much. I sold what I had and moved on!

Hired Jan pro they send a professional lady out to show you all the stuff they are going to clean , one year later None of that gets done call and complain and all they do is find a new crew , Crews bring their kids in at 2am and they run around my business or sometimes the kids clean too ,I have a 10 Thousand square foot daycare that needs cleaned and for a year its never right waste of money Nancy Dillard doesnt care But Im sure the Owner of the company would limit to know I have the videos of children cleaning my building and running around getting into personal stuff they are not pretty for any business to see, I never leave reviews but I have given this company a year now and no one wants to make anything right , Im now calling CPS and the sheriff and letting them handle this situation . Do not recommend JAn PRO CLEANING

I hired Nancy Dillards franchise Jan pro in Canton Ohio 44708 , I have been with them for the past year. She has allowed multiple unauthorized people in my building, 3 different times now small children have been cleaning with my sweepers, my supplies, my chemicals, my products that I was told Jan pro supplied , running over cords etc.
Small children 12 years old . I have video surveillance of many incidents in my building, the owner fires a crew and brings in a new one. My building gets cleaned at 2am in the morning, why would children be allowed to run and play in my building or clean, yes it's a daycare, but its my business and its closed. The videos i have are very damaging and Im reaching out to headquarters before I make them public.
When Jan pro came out I had a representative who was dressed professional, signed me up and told me all the great cleaning I would get. I have never seen the list they gave me completed. That's not my complaint. I have brought to her attention(Nancy Dillard ) several times, no one shows up or children are cleaning at 2am, her reply is don't you have employees that make mistakes?
I have been a business owner for 22 years , I have 3 large daycare facilities and I know what its like to get a bad review, that's not my intention. My intention is to get this lady off your books.
CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE COMING INTO A BUILDING CLEANING AT 2am, its my job to report child abuse. The videos I kept over the 9 months of cleaning are very distrubing, I would like to have the time to send them to someone , so they can see what the Franchise owners are actually doing to Jan pro
Charges for services that were not rendered
I had cancelled services and yet was still charged for services that were never rendered. During the beginning of the COVID out break the Governor of Oregon closed my dental office.
As a result of the closure we did not see any patients or have need for any janitorial services as the office was closed the entire month of April. Jan-Pro never set foot in my office the entire month yet expected me to continue to pay for services that were never rendered.

I ran into Ms. Terry at the grocery store and she told me all about how great Jan Pro is.
She was very nice and explained I can become my own Franchise Owner as well. I will be calling to see about working for this great company!
Horrible Job
Jan Pro did a horrible job. We fully understand that mistakes happen and with that in mind, we gave them multiple chances to make good on their promise to offer great service.
The management and sales team were extremely slow in responding.
And, nobody ever came out to actually look at what the issue was. I would to recommend them for anything.

I interviewed several different janitorial services before choosing one. Jan-Pro representative came out looked at my office and gave me a bid.
Explained all that was included in the bid and after reviewing other bids and what they offered choose to go with Jan-Pro.
I however feel that I was mislead, did not know that they are a franchise and that the person who came out was not the one associated with the franchise that came to my office.
I have been complaining about the quality of service from the time they started in February. No matter how much complaining I have done not much has changed. I even went to the extent of posting pictures of how my furniture should be arranged, how the items on the sinks should be arranged. To no avail.
nothing changed. Every morning when we come in all of the furniture has to be rearranged. It looks as though they are always in a hurry and that the furniture is being tossed around. Garbage can liners hanging outside of the garbage can, frequently not emptying all of the garbage cans and not putting garbage cans back where they belong, sinks have not been being cleaned.
I could go on. I will never use this service again and I would encourage you to not use this service regardless of what they say.
I believed what they said and I ended up with terrible service. Now because I signed a contract I will probably be stuck with them until the contract expires
Horrible service from Jan Pro cleaning
I hired Jan-Pro to do some commercial cleaning for my company. They were over an hour late with no apology.
They sent 2 people to professionally clean our ovens and floors. They arrived with a small bag with some gloves and a couple scrubbing pads. I had to give them supplies to get the job done. They left a mess and my floors look worse than before they were cleaned.
I expressed all of my concerns to the manager and she said she would take care of it. It's been over a month and no answers. I sent an email and she again said she would have her operations manager call me. It's been another 2 weeks with no word.
I would never ever recommend JAN PRO they do awful cleaning and are very unprofessional. NO STARS

Worst company in the world.
Had them cleaning my office and when I would complain which was every week they would not do anything about it. Finally they sent someone else out and they were worst than the first one.
I canceled the contract and they took me to court. Don't use this company unless you are ready for a nightmare.
Bounced paycheck! Overdraft fees, and disconnected phone lines.
Recently I worked for a guy that hired me to subcontract for janpro, I worked one night, it didn't work out uninstall and I collected a paycheck for the hours worked, deposited in my bank account and THE TWO FIGURE CHECK BOUNCED WHICH THEN PUT ME INTO THE NEGATIVE WITH THE OVERDRAFT FEES AND RETURNED CHECK PENALTY FEES AND Jayson isn't taking my calls... It's the principle.
I'm going to file for the simple principle. This company SUCKS!
Never paid me for workking 20 days. everytime I called I am told to leave a meesage with no answer in return.
I cleaned at Rittenhouse women medical center for dec 1-20 2018. I have contacted Rittenhouse women and jan-pro for my wages with no answers.

THEY STOLE FROM MY COMPANY
We've had Jan Pro cleaning for us for about six months. First, Gianni is an *** and disrespectful.
Second, the cleaner left the front door to our gym unlocked. I should have known then to fire them but I didn't. Third, we caught the cleaner stealing. When we tried to work this out with the Manager and Franchise owner, Mary, (all we wanted was for them to pay for changing our locks, give us the stolen money back and refund us for this month and last), our emails went unanswered.
Now we are left with no choice but to get the police and our attorney involved and we will be contacting the local media. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Jan-pro cleans our offices and they are truly terrible. One of the Jan-Pro employees kept staring at a member of the office staff and following her around.
She was working late and was the only one in the office, she was very upset by this. They also scratched the inside of our toilets with some type if wire brush, they are permanently damaged now.
In addition they leave the reception window covered in hand prints 50% of the time and seem to not know how to clean, it is very disappointing. This is in Smyrna GA.
It sounds like all of these reviews are coming out of the same place about the same few people at Jan-Pro. If ANYONE is to believe that ALL Jan-Pro locations, cleaners, owners and cities that they service is having the same issue we would have to get more than just one cities incidents.
I think that if you don't like your services you go ahead and move on to the next service company. I mean maybe this Franchise Owner was bad but did you ever think that MAYBE it had something to do with you and how bad you were.
FOR THE REST OF THE PUBLIC JAN-PRO IS NOT A BAD COMPANY !!!!! Sometimes bad people get involved with good sites and this could cause the site to look bad as a whole FAKE NEWS You have to look at both sides.
You are aware that people are individual. First of all I am sorry that had to happen to you but the saying one bad apple spoils the whole barrel is untrue.
Just because you had a bad experience with ONE of Jan-Pro employees doesn't mean the WHOLE company is bad. You CAN NOT judge the whole because of one incident.
